Goals of the Seminar
The seminar prepares exam candidates effectively and sustainably for their PMP® exam. The focus is on the PMP® Examination Content Outline (content "baseline" of the PMP® Exam), which consists of the exam domains Processes, People and Business. It refers to the application of the PMBOK® Guide (6th Edition) as well as the Agile Practice Guide in plan-driven (predictive), hybrid and agile projects.
Disciplined Agile™ (DA™) is a hybrid toolkit that supports the Agile transformation of companies or organizations. The DA™ toolkit is an "Agile Body of Knowledge" and provides immediately applicable and practical guidance to help individuals, teams, and entire organizations make context-specific choices and optimize their "way of working."
